Hi my name is Mariusz im a 41 yrs old
I grew up with fire in my veins—restless, rebellious, and always pushing limits.
Trouble found me, or maybe I found it. I wasn’t the type to sit still or follow rules, and that led me down some rough paths. But through all the chaos, I found one thing that grounded me: sport. First, it was athletics, then basketball and boxing. It wasn’t just a way to stay active—it became my way of controlling the storm inside, a way to channel all that energy before it burned me out.
Chasing discipline and looking for structure, I joined the army, thinking it would tame the fire. But after 1.5 years of service, I realized the military wasn’t for me. I don’t fit inside a box. I don’t follow blindly. I was built to carve my own path.
After leaving, I moved to the UK and worked in everything from mechanics to construction and engineering. I hustled, adapted, and took on whatever came my way. But through it all, one thing stayed constant—lifting. The iron never judged, never lied—it just demanded more. And for over 15 years, I’ve kept showing up, pushing my limits, and building strength in every sense of the word.
Now, as a coach, I bring that same fire to my clients. I work with men and women who are tired of feeling weak, average, and stuck, or lost in their journey. I help them break through mental and physical barriers, get stronger, and build confidence that carries over into every aspect of their life.
Strength training isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about becoming unbreakable.
